Uniforms and jerseys. Tees, performance fabrics, hoodies — names, numbers, sponsor logos. Youth through adult sizes, mixed freely.
Parent and fan gear. Spirit shirts and hoodies with the player's name and number. The grandstand uniform.
Team banners. Full-color vinyl banners for the fence or the gym wall — schedules, rosters, sponsor walls.
Yard signs. Senior night, player recognition, "home of a champion" signs with photo and number.
How roster orders work
Send the roster. Spreadsheet with names, numbers, and sizes. We confirm everything back in the proof so misspellings get caught before printing.
One logo, every piece. Team logo gets vectorized once and reused across jerseys, parent shirts, the banner, and signs.
Mid-season add-ons. New player joins? Add-on orders match the original run — we keep your art and colors on file.
Turnaround. Standard production is typically 5–7 business days after full payment and final artwork approval.
Artwork guidelines
Files
For best print quality, upload a high-resolution file at the intended print size. Transparent PNG (300 DPI) or vector artwork is preferred when applicable. Photos and reference images can be submitted for review, but screenshots and low-resolution files may need replacement or redesign before production.
Accepted: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, WEBP — up to 25 MB each.
Design help
Need help preparing your artwork? Design and file-preparation services may be available for an additional artwork fee. Any applicable fee will be included in your quote. You'll review and approve the final design before production.

Frequently asked questions
Can every shirt have a different name and number?
Yes — that's standard. Send the roster and we'll include per-player names and numbers in your quote.
Do you do performance / dri-fit fabrics?
Yes. Cotton, blends, and performance polyester all work with our DTF process. Specialty fabrics are priced accordingly.
Can parents order individually?
Easiest is one group order, but we can take a per-family link arrangement for bigger programs — ask us.
What about matching banners and signs?
Same logo and colors carry straight onto vinyl banners and yard signs. One design carries across every piece.
How fast can you outfit a team before season start?
Standard production is typically 5–7 business days after full payment and final artwork approval. Order early and put your first-game date on the request.
