Photo boards. Custom photo boards for birthdays, graduations, celebrations, and events. Upload your images and choose a size; layout/design assistance may incur an artwork fee. Sizes: 3×5 ft, 3×6 ft, 4×7 ft, 4×8 ft, and 24×36 in, or custom.
Big head cutouts. Custom face and head cutouts for senior nights, games, graduations, and celebrations. Upload a clear front-facing photo and select your desired finished height: 18 in, 24 in, and 36 in, or custom.
Event backdrops. 6×6 ft, 7×7 ft, and 8×8 ft, or a custom size by request. Pricing covers the print only; stands and hardware are quoted separately if needed.
Retractable banners. Standard 33×80 in roll-up banner stands for welcome signs, tributes, and event branding.
Ordering
Choose a size. Every standard size is a selection on the quote form, with a custom-size option where it applies.
Add your event date. Put your event date and needed-by date on the quote request so we can confirm the timeline.
Turnaround. Standard production is typically 5–7 business days after full payment and final artwork approval.

Artwork guidelines
Files
For best print quality, upload a high-resolution file at the intended print size. Transparent PNG (300 DPI) or vector artwork is preferred when applicable. Photos and reference images can be submitted for review, but screenshots and low-resolution files may need replacement or redesign before production.
Accepted: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, WEBP — up to 25 MB each.
Design help
Need help preparing your artwork? Design and file-preparation services may be available for an additional artwork fee. Any applicable fee will be included in your quote. You'll review and approve the final design before production.

What sizes do photo boards come in?
3×5 ft, 3×6 ft, 4×7 ft, 4×8 ft, and 24×36 in. Choose "Custom size" on the quote form for anything else.
Can you arrange our photos into a layout?
Yes. Upload your photos with your quote request. Layout/design assistance may incur an artwork fee, which will be included in your quote.
What photo works best for a big head cutout?
A clear, sharp, front-facing photo with good lighting. We'll let you know if a photo won't hold up at the size you choose.
What heights are big head cutouts?
18 in, 24 in, and 36 in, or a custom height.
Do backdrops come with a stand?
No. Backdrop pricing covers the print. Choose "Please quote a stand" on the quote form if you need one.
