What we print
Methods that match your run. For full-color photographic art on dark garments we use DTF (direct-to-film) — sharp detail, soft hand-feel, holds up through hundreds of washes. Embroidery is our pick for polos, hats, and jackets — we digitize your design once (one-time fee).
Garments we stock. Pre-shrunk cotton tees in 5 sizes (S–XXL). 8.5oz heavyweight pullover and zip-up hoodies. Polos, hats, and jackets for embroidery. We don't push a single "blank brand" — if you have a specific brand in mind (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Carhartt), tell us and we'll source it.
Process & turnaround
Quote first, no commitment. Fill out the quote form. We send back per-piece pricing with the methods we'd recommend for your run within hours.
Upload artwork, free file check. PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PNG. We check resolution, color separation, and bleed before printing — no extra charge, no surprises later.
Real-person proof before we touch a garment. You'll get a digital mockup of your design on the actual shirt color. Approve it and we go to production; flag changes and we re-proof. Nothing prints without your sign-off.
Turnaround. 48 hours for most orders under 50 pieces. 5 business days for runs of 100+. Embroidery is 7–10 business days because of digitization on first orders. Need it faster? Call us — we can usually rush a 1-week order in 2–3 days.
Pickup or ship. Free pickup at our Bay Area shop. Flat-rate ground shipping nationwide ($12 standard, $35 expedited).
Frequently asked questions
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. Setup fees are per-design, not per-product, so a single design across multiple garments (e.g., t-shirts + hoodies) is one setup.
How do I choose between DTF and embroidery?
DTF for full-color art, photographic detail, dark garments, or non-cotton fabrics — great for t-shirts and hoodies. Embroidery for polos, hats, and any time you want a permanent textured logo. Tell us your garment and design — we'll recommend.
Setup fees — when do they apply?
DTF has no setup fee at any quantity. Embroidery: one-time digitization fee per design, no fee on reorders.
What artwork formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PNG (300dpi at the print size). If you only have a JPG or screenshot, we can usually clean it up for $40–80 in design help — we'll quote first.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes. 1-week rush is standard ($0 fee). 2–3 day rush available for orders under 50 pieces — flat $50 rush fee. Call us to confirm capacity.
