Ordering
Garment color and sizes. Tell us your garment color and size breakdown on the quote form. If you don't know the breakdown yet, leave it blank.
Artwork. We review every file for print quality. Not every image is print-ready; some files may need cleanup or an artwork fee, which will be included in your quote.
Turnaround. Standard production is typically 5–7 business days after full payment and final artwork approval. Embroidery is typically 7–14 business days.

Artwork guidelines
Files
For best print quality, upload a high-resolution file at the intended print size. Transparent PNG (300 DPI) or vector artwork is preferred when applicable. Photos and reference images can be submitted for review, but screenshots and low-resolution files may need replacement or redesign before production.
Accepted: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, WEBP — up to 25 MB each.
Design help
Need help preparing your artwork? Design and file-preparation services may be available for an additional artwork fee. Any applicable fee will be included in your quote. You'll review and approve the final design before production.

Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. Add each garment as its own item on the quote form.
Do you offer both hoodies and sweatshirts?
Yes. Hoodies (pullover or zip-up) and crewneck sweatshirts are separate selections on the quote form.
