What we embroider
Hats & caps. Structured and unstructured caps, snapbacks, truckers, and dad hats — front, side, or back placements.
Beanies. Cuffed and uncuffed knit beanies with a front logo.
Polos & jackets. Left-chest logos for a uniform look; chest, sleeve, or back embroidery on jackets.
Hoodies & sweatshirts. Chest, sleeve, or back embroidery.
Digitizing & turnaround
Digitizing. Embroidery machines need your logo converted into a stitch file. If you already have a DST or EMB file, upload it. If not, we digitize it — any one-time digitizing fee is listed on your quote before you approve.
Small details. Very fine text and thin lines may need to be simplified to stitch cleanly. We'll flag anything like that on your proof.
Turnaround. Embroidery is typically 7–14 business days. This is an estimate that begins after artwork approval and payment, and depends on your order details. We'll confirm the timeline on your quote.
Artwork guidelines
Files
For best print quality, upload a high-resolution file at the intended print size. Transparent PNG (300 DPI) or vector artwork is preferred when applicable. Photos and reference images can be submitted for review, but screenshots and low-resolution files may need replacement or redesign before production.
Accepted: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, WEBP — up to 25 MB each.
Design help
Need help preparing your artwork? Design and file-preparation services may be available for an additional artwork fee. Any applicable fee will be included in your quote. You'll review and approve the final design before production.

What file should I send for embroidery?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG is ideal. We'll let you know if we need a better file.
Do I need a digitized file?

How big can the logo be?
It depends on the item and placement — hat fronts are smaller than jacket backs. Tell us the size you have in mind, or pick "Not sure", and we'll recommend a size that stitches cleanly.
How many thread colors can you do?
List your colors on the quote form, or say "match my logo", and we'll confirm on the proof.
Will I see a proof before you stitch?
Yes. You approve a final artwork proof before production begins.
