Choose Bay Area pickup, local delivery, or nationwide shipping when you request a quote.
Delivery and shipping costs are included in your custom quote.
For pickup orders, we'll be in touch to arrange a pickup time when your order is ready.

When your order ships

Standard production is typically 5–7 business days after full payment and final artwork approval.
Embroidery is typically 7–14 business days. This is an estimate that begins after artwork approval and payment, and depends on your order details.
Shipping timelines are estimates from the carrier and begin after production is complete.

Payment

After you approve your quote, we send an invoice with a secure online payment link.
Production begins after the order is paid in full and the final artwork is approved.
