Funeral & Memorial

Shirts, fans, buttons, obituaries, backdrops

When you're planning a service, printing should be the easy part. We handle memorial shirts, photo hand fans, pin-back buttons, obituary programs, and event backdrops — all from the same photos, with one consistent design across every piece. Send us a photo and the details; we do the layout free and send a proof before anything prints. Same-week turnaround is our normal for services, not a rush fee.

What we print

Memorial shirts. Full-color DTF photo prints on any color tee — sunset frames, dates, scripture, custom layouts. Mixed sizes welcome, kids through 5XL.

Hand fans. Rigid card-stock fans on wood handles — photo on the front, obituary, poem, or order of service on the back. The piece guests keep.

Buttons. 2.25" or 3" pin-back photo buttons, matched to the shirt artwork at no extra setup.

Obituary programs. Bi-fold, tri-fold, or booklet. We design the full layout from your photos and text — unlimited small revisions on the proof.

Backdrops. 8×8 photo backdrops for the service or repast, with or without a stand.

How it works on a tight timeline

Send what you have. A photo (phone photos are usually fine), the name and dates, and any text. We take it from there — no design fee.

Proof within hours. One consistent design across shirts, fans, buttons, and the program. You approve before we print.

Same-week is normal. Most memorial orders are designed, proofed, printed, and picked up inside 2–4 days. If the service is sooner, call us — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Pickup or delivery. Free Bay Area pickup; local delivery can usually be arranged for service-day items.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you turn around an order for a service this week?

Usually 48–72 hours from photo-in-hand to pickup. Call first so we can confirm against the production schedule — we prioritize services.

We only have an old or low-quality photo. Can you work with it?

Almost always. We restore, retouch, and recolor older photos as part of the design. We'll tell you up front if a photo won't hold at the size you need.

Can everything match — shirts, fans, buttons, program?

Yes, that's the standard way we do it. One design, applied across every piece, one proof to approve.

Is there a minimum on shirts?

No minimum. Families order anywhere from 5 to 100+; per-piece pricing improves with quantity.

Do you charge for design?

No. Layout, photo restoration, and revisions on the proof are included.

Can you print the obituary text on the fans?

Yes — fans are double-sided. Photo front, obituary or poem on the back is the most common layout.
