Signs & Print

Yard signs, flyers, cards, banners

Bay Area custom signs and print materials — yard signs, flyers, business cards, and large-format banners. Same-week turnaround on most orders, no minimums, real-proof approval before printing. Free pickup in the Bay Area or flat-rate ship anywhere in the US. Whether it's a single open-house yard sign or a 200-piece flyer drop, we run the file check, send a proof, and print it right.

What we print

Yard signs. 24×18 corrugated plastic, full-color print, single-sided or double-sided (+$4 per piece). Stake-friendly for open houses, events, political runs, and outdoor promo. Print holds up to sun and rain — corrugated stays rigid even in wind.

Flyers. 100lb gloss or matte stock. 4/4 (full-color both sides) or 4/0 (one side). Ships flat — folding is a separate quote. Standard sizes: 4×6, 5×7, 8.5×11.

Business cards. Premium 14pt or 16pt stock with matte, gloss, or soft-touch finish. The 16pt soft-touch reads as the "premium" card in your hand — heavier, smoother, won't bend in a wallet.

Banners. 13oz vinyl with grommets included. Three sizes: 2×4 (event tables, retail), 3×6 (storefronts), 4×8 (outdoor signage, trade shows). Priced by size, not quantity tier.

Frequently asked questions

Single-sided or double-sided yard signs — which should I pick?

Double-sided ($4/piece extra) is worth it for open-house signs, real estate, or anywhere people approach from both directions. Single-sided is fine for fence-mounted or wall-leaning signs where one face is hidden.

What's the difference between 14pt and 16pt business cards?

16pt is noticeably heavier and feels more premium in hand — about 14% thicker. Soft-touch finish on 16pt reads as the "luxury" combo. 14pt matte/gloss is the standard professional card and runs at the same price.

Can I get my banner with grommets at custom spacing?

Yes. Default is grommets every 2 feet at the corners and along the top edge. Tell us in the quote form if you need pole-pocket banners, no grommets, or non-standard spacing — no extra fee for the change.

Do flyers come folded?

Standard flyers ship flat. Half-fold, tri-fold, or z-fold add $0.05–$0.15 per piece — quote separately on the form.

What's the bleed requirement for print files?

0.125" (1/8 inch) on all sides for flyers, business cards, and banners. We check this on every file before printing — if your file lacks bleed we'll either expand the artwork or quote a fix.

Can I order proofs before doing a full run?

Single-piece proofs are available at full unit price + $5–10 setup. Useful for high-volume jobs (500+ flyers, 100+ cards) where you want to confirm color in hand before committing.

Are yard signs weatherproof?

Yes — corrugated plastic + UV-stable inks. Designed for 6+ months of outdoor exposure. Past that, sun fade depends on color (reds and yellows fade fastest, blacks and dark blues last longest).
